Mobile phone technology is developing day by day. the processors touch screen technologies developing every day. then what about graphics?. yes already HTC launched HD (high definition) phone. so there may be special kind of graphic chips to use with these phones. now one of graphic king ,Nvidia going to design high power graphic chip named Tegra. you can get good idea with this video!
