BlackBerry Bold is a one of the most famous mobile phone series of blackberry. it has a native blackberry look with full QWERTY keypad at the bottom. even if this is a very popular phone for a while ago, it lost it's position after arriving touchscreen phones to the market.
any way this might be a good news for you if you are a blackberry fan. because they released a new version of BlackBerry Bold with a touchscreen. the appearance is same and it also has the QWERTY keypad. the only difference is the display has changed to a touchscreen.
the new BlackBerry Bold 9900 touch has a 2.8 inch TFT touchscreen and the screen resolution is 640 x 480 pixels. it has touch sensitive controls and has an accelerometer sensor to auto rotate the screen. the internal memory of this phone is 8GB and supports up to 32GB memory cards.
the new BlackBerry Bold 9900 touch runs with BlackBerry 7.0 OS. even if it seems a small phone, it runs with a 1.2GHz processor and a 768MB RAM. it has a 5Mp camera with LED flash. the camera supports 720p video recording and  it has Geo-tagging, face detection and image stabilization features.

BlackBerry Bold 9900 touch comes with a good GPS receiver and the maps application is BlackBerry maps.  you may have seen Google's NFC feature in many android phones but BlackBerry also has included it to this phone. it has a 1230mAh battery and the talk time is around 300 hours.
